The invention is used, in particular, for speed variators intended for equipping motor vehicles.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used as an element of uncrypted V-belt transmissions of various machines and mechanisms, in particular for driving auxiliary units of vehicles.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and reduce the axial dimensions by providing a tight connection between the elastic ring element and the moving and stationary elements of the pulley.
FIG. 1 shows a general view of the continuously variable transmission, which has pulleys made according to the invention, with one of the extreme positions of the movable pulley disks; in fig. 2 - the same, with a different extreme position of the mobile pulley discs; in fig. 3 - unit for supplying the working medium and sealing the movable disk.
The drive shaft 1 of the V-belt transmission contains a hub 2, which is fixed by means of a screw 3 at the end of the drive shaft 4 of the drive and has an axial 5 and radial 6 channels for supplying working medium, which is fed into them through the tip 7 and the pipeline 8. On the hub 2, a supporting element 9, made in the form of a flat washer secured against displacement, fixed 10 and movable 11 disks, having conical surfaces 12 and 13, with which trapezoidal belt 14 interacts, elastic ring element 15 with continuous hermetic sealing zero overlap 16 on - both sides, mounted between the support member 9 and defining together with the movable plate 11, opor- nvch member 9 and the hub 2 the control chamber 17. The movable disk 11 has a flange 18 in its inner diameter fixed on the outer surface of the sleeve 19, and at its ends on the inner surface there is an insert 20 for mating with the outer surface of the hub 2. There is a flange 21 in the outer diameter of the movable disk. The flange 18 is enclosed attached to it the sleeve 22, the end portion of which, directed toward the support element 9, has cutouts 23 that allow the control chamber 17 to communicate with the channels of the hub 2. In the axial channel 5 of the hub 2 and between mobile and stationary Tightening pulley installed means tightness.
The tightness of the axial channel 5 is ensured by a plug 24 screwed into it, through which the tip 7 passes, is installed 1 in the bearing 25. The seal 26 of the tip 7 is provided with a comb placed between the washer 27 and the truncated cone 28 at the tip of the tip 7. On the side of the screw 3, tightness is provided with a gasket

30. The seal between the movable disk 11 and the hub 2 is made in the form of a ridge 31 attached to the end of the sleeve 19. The pulley is provided with two elastic annular gaskets 32 and 33, the first of which is hermetically attached to the end part of the movable disk 11 by means of a ring 34, and the second to the end surface of the support element 9. The elastic ring element 15 is a slotted cup spring, one side of the cover 16 of which is hermetically attached to the elastic ring gasket 32, and the other to the elastic ring gasket 33.
The driven pulley 35 has a construction basically similar to that of the driving pulley 1, and comprises a hub 36 fixed by a screw 37 on the driven shaft 38. On the screw 37 there is a gasket 39 and a ring 40. In the hub 36 there is an axial channel 41, a radial channel 42, a stopper 43 mounted in it on the bearing 44, the tip 45 with the pipe 46. The supporting element 47 is made in the form of a curved part.
The hub also has a fixed disk 48 and a movable disk 49, which is directly connected to the sleeve 50 in its middle part. The sleeve 50 has an insert 51 and a ridge 52. The elastic ring element 53, having a continuous hermetic cover 54, forms together with the elastic ring-shaped gaskets 55 and 56 and other elements the control chamber 57. In this case, the seal between the sleeve 19 and the surface of the hub 2 can be made in the form of an IJ lindpIch part 61 from a yrrod or polytetrafluoroethylene, and its extension to the surface of the hub is provided with a ring 62.

In the idle position, the movable disk 11 of the drive pulley 1 is at the extreme position next to the corresponding fixed disk 10, and the movable disk 9 of the driven pulley is at the maximum distance from the fixed disk 48; In this case, the sleeve 19 rests on the i-movable disk 10. This position of the movable disks 11 and 49 is determined by the ratio of pressures P, Pj, in the control chambers 17 and 57, and the characteristics of the elastic ring elements 15 and 53, the gear ratio is maximum.
In order to decrease the transfer ratio, it is sufficient either to lower the pressure P in the control chamber 17, or to increase the pressure P in the control chamber 57, or to change these pressures simultaneously. In this case, if air or some other air is used as the working medium, a vacuum may be created in the control chambers. Invention Formula
A V-belt pulley containing a hub with axial and radial channels in it for supplying the working medium, a support element mounted on the hub, fixed and axially movable discs, an elastic ring element having an uninterrupted pressure-tight coating on both sides, mounted between the supporting element and the movable disk, hermetically fixed to them and forming, together with the movable disk, the supporting element and the hub, a control chamber connected to the channels of the hub, means of sealing installed in the axial channel of the hub and between the movable and stationary elements of the pulley, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability and reduce axial dimensions, the pulley is equipped with elastic diameters of annular gaskets, one of which is hermetically attached to the end surface of the disk and the other to the end surface of the support element, the elastic ring element is a slotted disc spring, one side of the coating of which is tightly attached to the elastic ring gasket of the support element, and other - to the elastic ring gasket movable disk.
